Does anyone have any experience working at APEX Exchange? I'm considering a position at their NYC office and I was curious what it's like there. PTO and Holidays are things that I value and I'm wondering if anyone has insight into the work life balance there. My current agency has a pretty good holiday schedule (ie. 4 day weekends for Memorial Day & Labor Day, a holiday recess for Christmas) and I was wondering if APEX offers something similar.

Our new social media specialist is using Canva to create posts and forgoing the work created by the design team. I believe if designers are available they should be doing the work of designers—we typically handle these in InDesign.
