First time needing to edgarize a document (my practice is ECVC and have a client doing a Reg CF raise). Am I right in assuming that it’s just converting a Word doc or PDF doc into an SEC-specific format? Any recs on service providers? Would love a cloud-based self-serve tool and understanding of how pricing is supposed to work.

Working on a winnable motion in a case with the worst facts for me ever. (Legal technicality). Just gonna go full blown B Rabbit in the last rap battle of 8 mile in the first paragraph. “Yes my client lied. Yes records were destroyed. I do not have the moral high ground. In the past two weeks my work has picked up 10x what it was previously. Now I’m working 70+ hr weeks and often my projects are submitted nearly before deadline since I’m shuffling multiple at once. I feel like no one knows how much I’m suffering since I’m WFH’ing and try to relay positive emotions over FaceTime or messages.
