Does anyone have the Goyard Artois MM? (Debating between that and the St. Louis PM…not in love with the PMs strap length)

I have the artois MM and its pretty sturdy and in great shape, granted ive only had mine for a year now.

I’ve had the Artois for a few years and it’s held up well; however, I take very good care of my bags so it could also be that. I liked the structure of the Artois much better than the St. Louis. To me, it felt flimsy for such an expensive bag. Then again, the St. Louis was originally designed as a beach bag, so that makes sense. It’s all personal preference between the two.

Goyard canvas is not as sturdy as Louis Vuitton's. But it has good resell value even used so if you only use it for a couple of years and get sick of it you can ship it off to Fashionphile and get decent $$ back.
Stay away from white - it looks lovely but it yellows in a couple of years.

One more thing to be aware of if you care about this sort of stuff: Goyard carryalls are fashion-wise passé and most people who carry them these days are suburban moms who caught up to the trend now that it's over. I live in NYC which is unfortunately very status oriented thus this comment.

Intl Tax folks, how long did it take before you were confident in your role? I've worked for the past 3 years in a practice that is heavily consulting based (inbound and outbound structuring) and I feel like I'm only just starting to understand the foundational concepts (where I can explain them clearly to clients) and offering a shred of value. Then I'll have calls where partners discuss complex tax, legal, treasury and other related concepts that all go over my head.. it becomes overwhelming
