Anyone looking at airline stocks or ETF play?

I'm planning to purchase a home in the next 1-2 years as a first home buyer. My parents are currently refinancing their home and because they are close to retirement and have a smaller income, I'm planning to take out the mortgage under my name (won't be listed as the property owner). Would I still be able to get the benefits of being a first home buyer when that time comes? Or will the mortgage disqualify me? I recognize this isa unique situation, so it's been hard to find a clear answer online

One of my big hang-ups with biden tax plan is raising corporate tax across the board. Why raise taxes on businesses when we've just found out how fragile it is to be able to run a small business?Why not at least propose some kind of progressive corporate tax structure if you want to raise taxes on corps?

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. I like the Apple Card and considering opening one but want to see if there are better alternatives. It’s enticing that if I lose my card, I can instantly change the number so someone can’t use it. Plus no numbers means someone can’t randomly make a large fraudulent purchase.

I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense. My question is, is it realistic for a 25 year old young professional to handle dealing with all the extra curricular’s that come with owning a rental property ?
