Does Big 4 in your country allow remote work from abroad? From which countries, is there a time limit?

Hello wonderful community, I have recently relocated back from Canada with 6 years of experience in the non-profit space within marketing/resource mobilization. I’m based in Gurgaon and wondering what the best way to go about the job market here. I’d love to explore some MNCs, open to wfh as well.

Confronted client today about partner forcing us to travel while client site has travel restrictions. As a result is team is remote next week. Counting down days till I get rolled off/fired now lol

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I am about to embark a new role remotely. It is also a fully remote role as well, love to hear personal success stories of how their onboarding and learning has been in a remote role and any tips/best practices

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Is this white flag territory or is there still hope? And if it’s the ladder is there anything I can do to speed up the process or is it just a waiting game.

I joined KPMG a while ago from federal consulting. Federal consulting had super good work life balance but I’ve been working at KPMG strategy for a while now. The hours are wild, my managers expect perfection, and I feel like it’s all meaningless. Does anyone else feel like this, how have you dealt with it, and is it like this once you go into industry?

KPMG TRM folks - how is the job you do different than IT audit? How is the work life balance in TRM? Would you recommend a co-worker to move to TRM from external audit?

Which firm EY Consulting or KPMG Consulting. Not taken TC or level into consideration. Which firm would be better? (And no not considering Deloitte or PWC)
