Any best tips/ step by step practices to grooming a product roadmap? I inherited one and it’s been difficult grooming it. Also a new PM. Do I start by looking at epics’ urgency and then dependencies? CTC : 4LPA
Location : Hyderabad
2. Associate Developer in NeosAlpha technologies.
Service agreement - 2 years,
No financial bond but I have to submit my original documents for 2 years time period
CTC: 3.5 Lpa
Location : Jaipur Rajasthan

One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?
