I have spent 4 years here. Company is more inclined towards it own profit margin.
Did not had any appraisals in 2022 ans 2023, rest of the years have single digit appraisals.

Silent lay offs after 2 months after you are not cracking any new projects.

But overall it has lot of projects.

They are doing fixed bid short terms projects, after every 1 year or 6 months, you need to look for other projects

Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.
None of of these two companies are willing to offer more saying that they have a tight budget.

I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
So can anyone guide me what to do now , is there any criteria to switch the project inside the GL only? How easy is getting to another project with GL?

1st offer globallogic: 7.3 LPA ascend program
2nd offer Infosys: 10 LPA+ 1 lakh signing bonus
