What are the pay levels for a Senior Consultant or equivalent positions across different management consulting firms in India?
(We join as Consultants in Deloitte post Bschool, and it takes 2-4 years to get promoted to an SC)

I can start. For most people, Deloitte USI pays 25 - 34 LPA (Fixed) + 10% variable

What are the dos and donts of obtaining a competitive offer to get a raise? What about timing? Is it tacky to do it right after promo season?

Reason I am asking this is - I earn close to 1.5 lakhs every month and if someone had told me this during my college days I would have taken it eyes closed thinking this is more than enough.
