As an employee is it a wise idea to join in a startup in the middle of a career . There is a typical mind set that start up is only good for freshers not for experienced people . Any comments on this fishes ?

I’m a consultant with 3.5 years of experience at a fintech firm working in a professional services role. Looking to jump ship and pivot into a blockchain focused role/company ASAP however I haven’t got any blockchain experience unfortunately (started a course on coursera to become more familiar with it). Any suggestions on how to become yourself more marketable to a blockchain focused company when you don’t have blockchain experience? Or how to go about applying for such roles?

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.
