Got promoted for L4 , SIM has been raised for me. Manager and L5 approvals given. HM said its in process and will take sometime. Can someone tell me how long will this process take. Its already been 2 weeks and didn’t get any mail.

Hiring entry level healthcare it consultants. Lots of travel, lots of paid training.

Recently accepted an offer for a manager in Bizops in Ad sales for a tech firm. Curious about the growth opportunities in this area. What do folks do after 2-3 years in such roles ?

Seeking advice on career paths within tech after bizops. Currently in bizops and former consultant, and while the work is fine I’ve realized that bizops feels similar to consulting and in the long term I’m looking for a role that has more ownership and ideally more analytical. Been contracted for almost a year and I have all the experience for full time technician, I just can't afford the price of the tests.
