Does your department have strong mental health response capacity for L/E officers and support employees? Any suggestions for what works and what doesn’t?

Another foot-in-my-mouth situation where what I said was misinterpreted but still shouldn’t have said in the first place. My lack of filter, especially after a few drinks, is constantly getting me in trouble. How many of you are struggling with not having your mouth lead your brain?

For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2. My dream was to work criminal investigations and I've been grappling with the fact that this is no longer an option for me. I am nearly certain that I am disqualified from federal agent (1811) type positions. Local officers and detectives, although I take medication that manages my condition, would I be disqualified from your department due to this mental health condition?
