Having hard time finding right dress shoes that are wide enough to not pinch my pinky toe. Any recommendations? I am looking for cap toe or whole cut Oxford.

Allen Edmonds park avenue size EEE. I didn't realize I had wide feet until I started trying to buy a nice pair of dress shoes as an adult.

Go to the Allen Edmonds store and have them size you. They aren't standard retail employees, they actually know what they are doing.

You can get most shoes in wide. Just ask the sales person or look for a 'W'

Avoid the ones with very tapered toe boxes. Or , as suggested, look for EE or EEE.

The material matters too. I've found suede allen edmonds are much more comfortable for my pinky toe than leather

I like Ecco. They have a few box toe styles I like

Thanks for quick response guys. Anybody have experience it Wolf and Shepherd or Paul Evans?

I don’t know who needs to hear this (mostly As, Cs, SCs, and some Ms) but here goes.

You are important to the project, but never so important that you cannot leave the project or firm for better opportunities. Being in hero mode is good where you save the day, everyday - but in fact that is neither advisable for your progression nor a recommended practice for the firm. If you have been performing and have had decent social skills, you will not have burnt a bridge when you leave.
