Don't know why my entire team is frustrated at work life in PwC. Is it because of any of the following?
1) The very late appraisal process in PwC AC Kolkata
2) Not much expectations from appraisal and bonus (based on experience of existing employees.)
3) Other big 4s are giving much better hikes compared to PwC.
4) Work timings and rewards are not commensurate.
5) Any other reason.
Please give your thoughts if similar is the situation in your team.
