Don't you think that this latest trend of diversity and all where corporates are trying to paint themselves as inclusive by hiring people from different diversities just for the sake of it is leading to a lot of identity politics where deserving people are snatched off of some opportunities just because they don't fit in to that criteria of diversity. I don't have any problems working with a diverse team but I do have a problem with meritorious people being denied an opportunity because of this

So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database.
