I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?

It was up for long enough I saw some of what they were saying they did; I did that work or someone else did, so I’m annoyed they’re lying but honestly hope they find a new job that makes them happy. Our bosses were on the call btw.

Anyone else feel being a creative director is just not all it was cracked up to be?

After almost 15 years on the platform I deactivated and deleted my Twitter account yesterday and it felt amazing. What an utter cesspool of time waste that thing was. Good riddance.

I feel like I’ve been pretty negative lately. My team morale has been low and I feel like that negativity is seeping in and all I do is complain lately. I love my agency and want to love my job.

I wake up every night holding my breath lmao. Idk if that’s classic sleep apnea or if my body is subliminally trying to off itself while I’m not paying attention.

My anxiety makes me good at my job. My incessant checking, and double checking, and analyzing has earned me praise, trust, and early promotions. Sometimes I wonder, if I were to take medication to give myself some relief, and to stop the panic attacks, would I be less productive? And then I wonder, do I value my own health so little? But I’m so validated by my performance...sad isn’t it? Hope I’m not alone.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. I’m always raising my hand and offering to help where I can and no matter what I do, I don’t feel utilized or valued or part of the team.It’s really taken a toll on my confidence

I think all the directors working on my account are just plain dumb and over controlling. But I have nowhere to go, so i'll stick around for a bit.
