During the interview process, one interviewer had to move the time three different times, another interviewer cancelled the interview an hour beforehand twice and asked to move due to a conflicts. Is this a sign of chaos? Considering withdrawing from process. I’ll usually give a company one misstep, but this all seems like too much.

Anyone ever been asked for your grades after partner round but before an offer? I’m so weirded out by it. It seems a really weird juncture to ask me. Have they decided they aren’t sure if I’m dim??

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af.
