Early talent at Deloitte and I think they’ve royally fucked it up with the new titles. What used to take 4-5 yrs to get from Analyst to Manager now takes 8-9 yrs (aka the new Sr. Manager). How do they expect to stay competitive in this market or the competing firms are the same?

Hey fishes, aside from the obvs candidates (fjord, Ideo, snook, deloitte digital, ey Parthenon, pwc consumer bit), who else is doing good work in the UX research/service design space? UK/Europe based.
