Dont know how come TCS is having so much of Headcount of 5 Lakhs plus even though their recruitment has so many limitations. Such as,
1. No rehire if u left TCS
2. Should not apply if u have offer
3. Dont apply if u r expecting more than 30% hike from current CTC
4. Less Annual Hikes
5. Blocking the candidates after accepting the offer and not joining ?
Finally, Is Job security and Onsite are the only reasons why TCS is chosen ??

The fact that TCS has so many employees is due to mass hiring from college. Their management structure is primarily a pyramid. Remove the count of new grads from them and the pyramid will fall off like a domino.

it's all depend on the negotiation skill which you have and the offers which you are holding right now.
I have seen 3 years of experience getting 9L, same exp for 4L also.
