I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?

Accenture CN peeps, my manager has not been able to staff me to a project for 2 weeks now after my release from one of the projects where the role as as good as content manager’s. I had voluntarily asked for my roll off as the role was just to upload come content on various platforms. They tried allocating me to some internal project but I asked them to staff me on a client facing project.
