EPAM is hiring QA engineers like crazy from last 2 months and still recruitment is going on even in last month of year. Do they actually have projects or they are hiring for bench. I have been hearing that there interviews and assessment are lot more tougher than actual interview process. Is it true ?

Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops.
