BMW X3, Infiniti QX50 or Lexus NX ??
Used Audi S4/A6/A7, BMW 335/340/M550, or Porsche Cayman. All are doable, gotta figure out what you want (sedan, coupe?).
Am I really the first to remind you that Miata Is Always The Answer?
I was planning on saying this … very well said
The Cayman is one of the best "affordable" sports cars you can buy
Likewise for my 982, beautiful machine. Can’t wait for the appreciation after they go elective though

Despite how much I dislike Elon musk, it’s hard to beat a tesla at performance. An unmodified model 3 showed up at our bmw autocross and came in first. Nothing can compete with EV acceleration
Until the Mustang Mach-E GT came to kick its ass.

New Nissan Z. New Civic Type-R.
E55
Period.
Fantastic cars!!
BMW m340 or Audi S4. Or lease a brand new C 43 or 63 AMG
Can’t go wrong with a cayman. If it was me, I would go for a sedan. Just more practical. Unless it’s just you. But if you ever need to pick up people, things, etc a coupe is somewhat annoying to have to cram stuff in. If you go sedan there’s lots of options. BMW M550, Merc E53 AMG, C43 AMG, Audi S line has great options. I’ve heard good things about Cadillac CT4 but haven’t checked it out yet. Really depends on what kind you’re looking for, coupe or sedan and if you’re going to need it to be more practical or more sporty
They are used though
Lexus GSF
You can easily find a used low mileage GSF for under 60k
2015 Corvette with a supercharger added. Sold it two years ago for $31k. Easy daily driver, but still has wide doors which is a little hard in parking lots. Beats the Vipers, Cobras, etc Ive had. Im a horsepower to weight ratio guy so dont even bring up Porsches unless its a 914 with a V8.
Ok, just read no American. Enjoy polishing your slow car.
Camaro SS 1LE.
1SS can be had for under $50K, 2SS is ~$52K. Makes me smile every time I drive mine....handles like it is on rails. Quite unique/rare package too.
Also they’re never actually 52k otd maybe during peak COVID
s5 sportback, I miss mine so much.. such a nice practical cad with the handling and pickup of a proper sports car.
Rising Star
American muscle cars (mustang, challenger, charger)
Aren’t m3p pushing hellcat territory?
Dodge Challenger. Love mine and it's still one you can find in a manual (if you are into that sorta thing)

How has nobody said a corvette yet? The C6 corvette is crazy cheap right now and puts out some solid power, not to mention they’re reliable (and cheap to fix). If you’re in to modifying, there’s plenty of supercharger or turbo kits that will still put you well below $60k total.

Ah
Camaro ss 1le without a doubt
Used S4 or used C63
Not sure how much BMW M2Cs go for these days but I am sure you can find one with decent miles under 60k.
