HELP! How do you handle a client who is racially discriminating? The client is a goverment office in the Middle East and has discriminated everyone from staff to SM level. Client is always right and nothing youll say is ever right because of the difference in our race. The difference on our race was an issue for him. Our project doesnt require you to be a local to be able to carry on. Any tips on handling racially discriminating project ASIDE from going to the partner and ethics committee?

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

It's a Big4 but will lowball you during offer negotiation.
It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.
They will ask you to come to the office on Sunday for business critical work and won't give any cab or food facilities.
You will be involved in multiple extra work, which you normally don't do in other service based companies. But there is no benefits/perks for that, you just end up doing extra work!!
