Hi I've joined Harman in May but hasn't been assigned to any project yet. I've asked hr and reporting manager they said they're working on it and there's nothing to be worried about However I just want to know if there's anything I should be concerned about what's the bench policy? Gift your client some pork charcuterie to try to appease things

Taking all this at face value, assuming OP is accurately describing the situation:
Ask to be retasked for the good of the project because you can’t meaningfully contribute in a hostile work environment.
If you’re that honest, I would be careful to have documented (if not recorded) evidence, as your firm can interpret that as a threat to their business.
Not saying that’s right but it is how the old white partners think about things sometimes 🤷
Sorry you’re going through that OP. Lots of ME cultures just put a heavy emphasis on men being dominating in public spaces — offering even very polite or purely collaborative pushback against even an objectively bad idea can leave your client in a position where they either have to treat you like dirt or get treated like dirt by their peers who witnessed it.
Super toxic dynamic; I’ve run into it a couple times. But it is a fact of life — gotta work around the “saving face” thing to do business over there.
What kind of race discrimination? Like what exactly?
