Extremely disappointing experience. Leadership lacks direction and clarity, and growth seems to favor politics over performance. Many chapter leads and manager having 70 lakh salary survive through favoritism, while genuinely hardworking employees struggle if they don’t engage in internal politics.

This company is like other companies but I think yesterday it was emphasized that one should take their leaves. It shows a slight shift towards being employees. I am fed up of corporate culture only. I believe one should keep upskilling themselves and take care of family and use all sick leaves annual leaves and don't be loyal or love your company. They can fire shamelessly anytime.
No I mean I am saying for our well being. Everyone is so stressed nowadays that people suddenly collapse etc. Instead dont be so attached to the company. Think that you ate in each company for 2 years max. Take leave and spend time with family as your age won't come back. Bad people will do whatever they want.
Also I think they are saying this to get better ratings on ambitionbox eyc as they are getting bad reviews so they are trying.
I would just say take care of families. It's for our benefit that we take leaves. Little enchashmend at end is not worth if you didn't spend time with families prior to that.
We should jusy stay mentally relaxed and if it's not working out let's find something out but I am saying lets take sick leaves and annual leaves on regular basis.
Leave the designations aside I am also human I don't care about company neither I am loyal. I want peace
I feel its more about how Indian work culture groom people, senior resources always want to just take the credit do zero work. Its pretty same in all organization

That really high salary is called as STVR here, you’ll get some 40% of that very high amount and most of it will be taken as tax by govt.
