I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
The question is, how can I convince HR?
I have a total of 1.3 years of experience.

What other types of jobs have you seen people take after 2 years in Risk?

Product managers - are you typically accountable for delivery of features? ie once a set of features are in a sprint are you accountable if dev/QA work is delayed or does that sit with the engineering managers/leads? Anyone switched from Becker to Wiley and regretted it? I did and though I appreciate the bite-sized lectures, I don't enjoy it as much as Becker. My access for Becker expired already and I don't want to spend 2k again 😭 such a tough choice to make but I feel like I'm not getting what I need from Wiley.

Just took FAR for the fourth time today 😂 LOTS of not for profit questions and even sims were not for profit!!!!! Definitely more than 5-15% Becker said!!! I got like 60% was based on NFP!

I feel like I tanked the BEC MCQs but felt good on the writing and sims. Ughhhhhhhh I got in the 70s on my practice and that felt so bad and hit all my weaknesses. I still have to do FAR, but do I switch back to BEC potentially or is it better to wait it out for scores?

Y’all I am just freaking out about REG. I take it next Tuesday and it’s my last exam. I literally have to pass it to make manager and so my other tests don’t expire.

What was the hardest section to get through for REG studying? Did it then pay off in the exam?
