Hi fishes. I have received an accouny activation email from pwc two days back and yesterday got a mail for entrust indentity guard activation mail. I applied for a j9b in pwc 2 months back haven't heard any update from them and the application status is also processing.. Why i am receiving these emails.. Or these part of recruitment process. Please let me know if you have any idea on the same.

PM: Double wash with Ordinary squalane cleanser and Cerave cream to foam face wash, Ordinary hyaluronic acid serum, Ordinary 1% Retinol in squalane, Cerave eye cream, Cerave moisturizing cream. Aside from a light lip tint, I don’t wear makeup.

Any advice to clear back acne?

Hello Everyone! Had a discussion yesterday regarding “claw backs” being included in a policy for sponsorship if the new employee leaves before 3 years. It was a declining percentage over a three year period. My POV was that it wasn’t something I’ve ever done and didn’t seem like they were sure of the hire they were making. I get wanting to save costs but at the same time doesn’t feel inclusive or welcoming. Thoughts? Have you done this or seen it work? Thanks!

I have a CD title but swing between imposter syndrome and bitterness that I am underpaid/undervalued and want to hear from others if I would ever be taken seriously elsewhere. I make 108k/NYC at a non-agency “media company”. I have no prior relevant experience for this role, I just sort of fell into it. I draw storyboards, strategize, write scripts, make decks, direct shoots, art direct/set dress/food style shoots, am on screen talent/creator, etc. No direct reports. Been here 2 yrs. 😕
