Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview
Hi folks,
Can anyone confirm the variable policy of TechM, is it monthly or quarterly.
Heard from few folks that its was changed to quarterly and in offer letter nowhere its mentioned that its monthly or quarterly.simply said applicable as per variable policy.
Any folks recently joined and received salary please confirm it.
Thank you
Tech Mahindra

I’ve found SM the most enjoyable level at Accenture. You have more control over what work you do, how to do it, when and with whom. Yes there’s greater pressure and accountability, but if your ready for the role and have the support around you it’s entirely doable
SM has been the most enjoyable for me so far. It could just be my specific circumstances but this is the first time I’ve actually felt in control of anything and in a position that isn’t completely subservient. I’m largely able to run my life as I like without someone breathing down my neck.
What are the main differences compared to the manager role?
Heya, not a senior manager but here to say that I see you guys do a lot so please be aware that everyone knows you are very essential to the place. If there was any improvement I were to suggest would be to a bit kinder to the people at lower levels. Sometimes your attitude might come across as scary. The kinder you are, the more trust is instilled around you. Hope you get your promotion
SM is quite hard. The money is better but you do work for it. Everything is your fault. Even if you had no idea and nobody ever told you. It is your job to know everything or at least react quickly when it goes wrong.
You have to stare in the chaotic abyss of client management and pick out useful things for your managers to get on with.
You should feel ready in the coming years though. When you’ve been M for a while you’ll feel more confident and keen to enjoy a bit more freedom with a lot more accountability.
What are the main differences between M and SM level?
If you want a payrise you have no choice. The strategy is to force promotion hunger games and crush the losers and those that won't play with inflation until they resign.
