Got an offer from company C Nov 19
Now wanted to join company C.

Can I resign company B and serve notice period
And at the same time join company C as company C dont require company B relieving letter?its like working in B and C companies for atleast 1month

I wanted to do this just to get rid of absconding and get november month salary.
