I got selected for Deloitte and just noticed it's Deloitte India and haven't heard much good things about Deloitte India. Can someone please distinguish btw Deloitte Usi and Deloitte India in terms of pay, wlb, growth and work culture. Thanks 🥺Deloitte India Deloitte USI

I already worked in Deloitte India, and it is best...my life changing experience..... Now I am joining in USI.... workload is more in India since one man army.... There are no such extra benefits like usi...hybrid+wellbeing+mobile phone+ better salary and bonus than India etc...in India, you will actually working with clients and you can easily meet with company higher management..and it's traveling to client location...but in usi...it's backend work of US project...no traveling
One thing for sure. It's a big brand name on CV which can open future opportunities for anyone. So if it's good you continue else leave you will anyways have good options because of the brand name. Other point if you are good at your job no one can do anything. The trick is you are working with a client. If the client is appreciating your work over mail to partner then no one can stop you. And if you are not good, again you have the brand name and naukri.com is always available at your disposal. Cheers.

Deloitte India has mostly Indian clients . Though its part of deloitte only and you will get the same benefits that deloitte usi folks get. I had offer from deloitte india.

Ok. I was having offer from Deloitte India and EY GDS. Because of the bad reviews I rejected Deloitte India and joined EY GDS. I have faced all the situations that you mentioned in EY GDS. So all the big 4's are basically the same regardless of India entity or shared services. In shared services, instead of working like 3rd party for Indian clients you work for other country clients. That's the main difference. Most of the technologies have 1 projects in GDS also.

Deloitte USI is better than Deloitte India. In terms of pay and growth, USI is very good whereas Deloitte India behaves as a regular Indian MNC like TCS, Infosys. In Deloitte India, you won't get much growth.

Dont join DI.. its just a slightly better version of WITCH companies. DUSI is class apart. For the same level in USI you make atleast 30-40% more and benefits are unparalleled
