What level MD? Make sure you ask if you’re coming in at level 1, 2, or 3. MD range is very broad with no upper cap on level 3, so you’re going to get a lot of variability in responses here. Need to know more about the offering you’re targeting. “Industry” is not enough info.

In a new job and my manager saw through my impostor syndrome. He said it out loud that I need to work on my confidence and overcome my insecurity.
I constantly feel like I’m surrounded by people smarter than me and I doubt myself a lot. I’m scared everyone sees through my impostor syndrome and feel horrible about myself.

I am sick of being a realtor! I've been trying for 5 years and have only sold 3 houses. Where I'm from (small Southern town) nobody is buying. Most people's families already own homes and it's just a bummer to see all these nice houses deteriorating over time.

I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation.
