Flaming hot take incoming. I went to school in Ohio. Lived in cincy a few years after graduation. Met amazing people. Saw attractive girls and good looking guys all the time. I’ve sense moved out east and have been severely underwhelmed by the quality of people I’ve encountered in my year here. And I’m very social - I interact with people a lot when I’m out and about. I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

Longest you ever waited for an offer letter? I’ve met with a total of 5 people including the partner in charge and accepted the verbal. It’s been a little over two weeks since hearing back. They touched base with me a couple times saying it needs approval but starting to lose hope.

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
