1.5hr layover at LHR may be tight if your flight is delayed. I dont have any insights on Milan though.
What really is your question, counsel?
Hey Attorney.
Pozzolengo is a small town in the Brescia province; unless you have family/friends there, there won’t be much to do. I would definitely advice you to visit Sirmione; it’s one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful towns by lake Garda and it’s only 9km from Pozzolengo.
Regarding “Lombardi”, it’s not the name of a town nor of a hotel so I assume is a typo and you meant LombardiA. If that’s the case, that’s just the name of the region where both Milan and Brescia are located. Maybe you still spend those 1+1 nights in Milan?
I’ll be at a resort the whole time for a business meeting. You are correct though that the other two nights are actually still in Milan.

When you book international flights (but also domestic), check the layover times to help prevent heart attacks
My main advice would be to minimize time in Milan. Milan is Italy’s Dallas. Just a big commerce center with comparatively less to do.
Good call; you described 4 hours of stuff. I’d fit that in and then get out of Milan by lunchtime.
