Folks - any idea on what type of questions could be expected in loop interviews at AWS for level 7 principal positions ? Also does big 4 directors align to level 7 or 8 ?

Joined Virtusa at 21.5 lpa (20 lac fix + 1 lac var + 50k JB)
with:
YoE 8 yrs
Tech - RPA Dev
Curr ctc - 9 lpa fix

Virtusa purposely gave me offer one night before LWD on the name of approvals and I didnt get time to revise other lower offers of
1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I asked 22 fixed to Virtusa but they gave 20 without seeing my offers, did I make good choice overall?

Which one I should join TCS or Virtusa? Virtusa is offering 3 Lacs more than TCS?

From the personal experience..if u r attending amazon interviews..pls discuss abt the package and the band prior to interview schedule.. or else it s jus a waste of time... band 4, 5 or whatever should be in the Jd.. don't go with verbal communication... thy ll change the plate quite often

We’re starting to interview for my copywriter partner this week, but I don’t have any creative leadership above me (I’m also the only creative with agency experience at the company) so I’m nervous about being the only one looking at prospective partners.
