Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I don’t know the answer to this but diversity should be (and hopefully is) about more than race
I don't think it would be inappropriate to apply! Unless it's phrased as something like "Prioritization will be given to diverse candidates". If it's simply a statement that the company values diversity and inclusion, then I say it's just another green flag for the company.
Apply for everything & I mean everything!! You have nothing to lose, we are all trying to diversify our staff but that does not make you irrelevant!!! In the long run if it’s the right company & you can get through the interview you will be a good contender for the role. DO NOT let anything stop you from trying!!!!
