them to pay off the total tuition amount (around 30k). Does anyone know or have any experience with another firm picking up their tuition costs?

If you leave before 3 years I think you have to pay KPMG back. You might want to confirm with HR

Op the important thing here is to know how much you have to payback if you leave and then have the new employer reimburse you for that amount. From your post, it seems like you just started Masters or have done a year and most employer will be willing to reimburse you this amount but will lock you in for few years similar to KPMG.

Can anyone help me evaluate whether I should take an exit opportunity. Currently in big 4 (fsrm) and have the opportunity to join a f250 payments firms internal strategy division. The team seems really nice but I’m just worried about leaving consulting and leaving the accelerated progression. Would love some insights as I’m fairly lost on what to decide. Thanks!
