Folks who know the FS market - I’ve recently landed at a regional bank and I absolutely hate it here. Is there any way to pivot out of the regional banks and into the investment banks or trading firms? I’ve gotten in touch with recruiters but no hits. I’m from a tech background and I work in the CIB space for context.

I am an SAP TM consultant, and I wish to relocate to one of the European countries or US.

Having a hard time finding a job without a work permit. I’d appreciate if you can help me with a referral.

Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k). Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
