My 3rd company(product) after working for 2 service based
My previous company I was working for a client where ppl frm Diff service based companies work together. Everyone have dedication towards work as the role was good.

Now the problem is with the current cmpny guys don't care about the work and the role isn't that challenging and don't see people take seriously abt work like loging quite late while the role requires to be in shift at right time.
Hard to mingle.

If you made a really good impression with interviewers (know from very specific feedback via the recruiter they liked me quite a bit) for a company and role you want to be considered for in the future, how would you keep the contact warm and stay in consideration for future opportunities?

Is it common to request either a time guarantee (2-year contract for instance) or a greater than normal amount of severance when interviewing for roles in times like this?

My current role is pretty secure, so besides increased comp, I’d want to make sure any new role would include some sort of safety net.

I'm 27 living in a LCOL at $135k. Haas/Darden/Tuck/Ross FT MBA at full price vs a pre-sales role at a non-FAANG big tech company paying around $160k-$200k TC.

Bschool exits would be MBB/T2. Career trajectory is supposedly slow at this non-faang big tech company. Is a T10 MBA a no brainer?

So just after I got a shout out from a partner (female, Asian) another partner (male, white) asked me some admin question, basically asking me to change his password on a client portal. I was confused as I had done nothing to his password and used someone else's credentials to access the portal. He knows my position, has reviewed my work and knows I'm experienced. I'm shocked that he came to me with this. I know he knows who I am and what my role is. (And I'm actually an Associate VP now)

Where are all of the mid level designer branding jobs? I rarely ever see anyone hiring in those positions. Is it just a slow job market?

I am really looking for some serious advice to cope up with a cracked tailbone. I broke mine during a horse riding incident.

Now, I am getting seriously overweight, in fact, on the verge of getting obese, and this injury right now is pretty much killing the 2022 dream.

Hi everyone how difficult it is too certified in AWS Developer Associate and Solutions architect.
For someone who has experience in Development
In Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

I also worked on some of the AWS Services like
EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS. I mean I use them by going to the Management console. Also has knowledge in VPC, subnets, security groups but i tend to forget some of these concepts.
Didn't take any formal course but learnt from blogs, youtube videos, LinkedIn course
