For all this hatred toward H1B employees, can we direct some of that to your own employers? I don't see anyone condemning the employers..the system is designed the way it is because of the employers who want low cost labors, limit employee mobility, and suppress wage growth.

I have multiple blank pages in my Passport but they are all interspersed, i.e. no two consecutive pages are blank. Does that matter for new visa stampings? My understanding is that Schengen countries require 2 consecutive blank pages. Can someone confirm please whether I need a renewal? Thank you

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. A friend of mine from a top tier consulting firm was counseled out. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?
