I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. On the weekends, same responsibilities but 7a-7p. We don't get any additional pay for being in charge and I'm sick of the added responsibility and stress of it.

Big law literally saved my life. I was working for the government and being sued by creditors and in a deep, dark place. I wasn't even able to afford my Ube transfer application on my own. I've been at my firm for 3 years now and my life has completely changed. I was so close to declaring bankruptcy it's not even funny. I understand why people rag on it but some of us would be in a really bad place if we weren't here
