I have been implementing new strategies, completing all assignments on time, and I do the most in all of our meetings, interviews and business events. How much can I ask for a raise?

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.
