For producers--How did you get into your field? What's the job really like? Do you enjoy it? Pros/cons? I always thought being a producer was my dream job, but I wasn't able to land a job in production out of college. Luckily, I landed a job at a huge media/entertainment company, which I love, but not in a job I love (I'm in Ad Sales operations for 5 years now). Would love to make a move, but feel like I can't beacuse I can't take a pay cut.
