For projects at firms like Booz Allen, ManTech, and Accenture Federal that aren’t in a SCIF or involve top secret/highly cleared work, are most of these mostly or fully remote these days? A few years ago they seemed to be, but I’ve been out of the space since 2024 and am unfamiliar with how things have shifted given the recent administration changes and the RTO mandates for federal workers.

Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.
