For those of you familiar with 990Ts and UBIT, it appears that exempt private high schools and colleges should be filing Form 990Ts on summer camps they make available to the public? Realistically do you think that most schools actually file for this? The school my son attends ignores all these UBIT issues and it's not setting right with me.

Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. My colleagues called me because they were confused on why the Talent Manager dismissed me from the chat. I didn’t know what they were referring to. So I called my PM to ask what was happening, and she said that she just got off the phone with the TM and said they were terminating my contract on the spot due to me speaking up about micromanaging. No explanation just kicked out. Advice?

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. I’m having trouble working in Tax. I’m overwhelmed and am feeling like I’m not producing my best work.
