So the app description says this is where is can ask how much we should get paid. I work as an Associate in a boutique office. I work directly for the owner, we’re only 3 employees including her. What we do: we represent liquor license applicants in the process of getting a liquor license in NY. That includes filing the application and dealing with community boards or any other related meeting or hearing.
The office charges between 3.5k and 5k. Does anyone else has this job?? How much $$?

I recently found out I was “promoted” or giving a higher title, same pay. I was told HR was updating employees titles based on the work they do… Is that even a thing?? My mid yr review is coming, should I just ask for more money?

Asking for my girlfriend. She has 3 years of experience doing service desk type work and really enjoys being in IT. But is unhappy with her current pay (under 55k). Does anyone have any IT role recommendations that would be a logical pivot for her to make that could lead to higher compensation? Or potentially IT support companies that pay more competitively?

We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).

So I recently accepted a 12 month contract-hire position at a much larger company. Pay is more than 50% of my salary, and benefits/401k is covered by the recruiting agency. I have got an offer from Deloitte for 14LPA as a consultant. But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. For now I have said yes to my current organisation. What should I do? Was this a correct decision?
