This is a great habit to get into and one I swear by. I only work in my office on my desktop computer. I don't keep anything work related on my laptop, so there's no temptation for me to work when I'm outside of my home office. Separate spaces and devices help keep the line between home life and work life from blurring.

I do something similar! I have a dedicated workspace, and once I step out of that room, I try to mentally ‘clock out.’ I also make it a point to work out during lunch. It’s my way of breaking up the day and switching gears.
