Federal I assume DC.

75k from what I heard for C federal a few years back

OP is commercial. Just has fed experience from what I can tell. 100K base seems to be in line

D2- nailed it.

27 y/o Deloitte consultant- 4 YOE at a different firm in the federal space. Commercial HC - base of 100k. No MBA.

This doesn't help much without location due to cost of living variations

Solid salary for federal and HC from what I've seen on here

That's pretty good for federal. What were you expecting?

^EY Deloitte doesn't adjust comp based on location.

87 after second review cycle, joined as an analyst from college. Commercial HC, Boston. Consultant. Almost 3 years!

Upgraded to First Class from LAX to BOS! Long flight upgrades are the best! 🥃🥃🥃🥃

Why are we increasing the deficit when: 1) conservatives (theoretically) are against this and 2) economic growth is fine (globally)? A political ploy for them to hand out money and declare victory.

Got upgraded on my original flight, then got delayed. Jumped to southwest to get home much earlier. C boarding group, probably a middle seat and likely checking my bag. No regrets.

Anyone staying in Toronto / other Canada location and traveling to US client location ? how do you manage immigration ?

How can I stop racing thoughts? It’s killing me now and I am so antsy...

In case H1B gets denied (I hope that doesn’t happen), what countries have you considered moving to besides Canada. Indian national and pending transfer to MBB if that helps.

Eliminating merit salary increases, bonuses and encore awards has by far the biggest impact on high performers. Lots of people, including myself, are having thoughts of leaving for the first time

POLL: Would you leave your consulting firm for an offer at FAANG for the same role as what you're doing now (e.g. biz intelligence to biz intelligence, ml to ml, etc) with a 20% raise?

Vote by using the uplifting react (⭐) for "YES", smart react (💡and comment) for "depends on which FAANG", and funny react (😂) for "NO".

Anyone needs referral at Deloitte, please DM me.

Have seen many technically unqualified data consultants (but still tagged as DE or DS) working on projects critical to clients...I can only say...people are brave, both the consultants and the clients!!
