We have hoteling as an option though I’m not currently doing it. Honestly I just wouldn’t. That’s one of the down sides. It would be annoying to pick up/put down decorations every time. I don’t decorate that much but I like having my “stuff” in my office. Pens I like (and bought myself), extra napkins I squirreled away from the lunch room, Tylenol, an “emergency kit” with things like floss, deodorant, concealer, etc. obviously I could just keep all that stuff in a locker but idk, I just don’t like that. I’m a creature of habit. So I’m avoiding hoteling until I have to.
I don’t even have a locker, and it makes me so sad. You should get a caddy and fill it with knickknacks, photos, etc. You don’t have to put everything out every day, but it’s nice to have options.
