For those who have an office hoteling system, do you decorate your office when you’re in and how so? My firm switched to hoteling to save costs, and it’s an adjustment since I’m used to having photos and other knickknacks in my space. I’m in office most of the week and I have a locker for personal belongings, so I’m hoping to inject more personality into my space when I’m in but can’t keep things in it when I’m not using it.

London is a world class metropolitan city and so is the cost of livi.
But then why don't MAANG or other big techs pay as high for software managers and other leadership roles as they do in the USA, particularly California, Washington, New York. In fact for the same role, $ salaries are at least 3X higher to their counterparts roles here in London.
Definitely, London isn't 3X cheaper them.
Is it that companies don't want that high here or there isn't enough competition or something else?

Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
