For those who've worked while pregnant, did your job get tougher in unexpected ways? I'm talking about staying organized, remembering stuff, or just not getting annoyed by every little thing. I'm finding it surprisingly hard to be my usual efficient, calm self, and it's a big change for me. What helped you push through?

My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Hello, I wanted to mention that I work as a sports commentator, specifically about soccer. I used to be one of the main journalists for Spanish media, but since I moved to Miami I feel the general passion for soccer is very different 🥲 The energy and commitment are not even close to what I felt in Spain, where some businesses would close if the match was too important.
