For time being, Lilly managers are in hibernate mode due to lot of strict action against these guys.. Once this mode is gone, all these arrogant, psychopath and gunda managers will come back in form. Their attitude combined with atrocious, unconvincing and narrow view points are a deadly combination.

Illogical r path mapping over , now year end drama starts. Transparency has to be in. Only good news is the top level has recognised that these problems exist. still Lot of dirt has to be cleaned.
