Layoffs will hurt anyone’s perception of a company, and like many other big companies their “performance cultures” can quickly turn toxic if there are bad actors involved.
That said they’re one of the only big companies who can continuously pivot regardless of the mammoth acquisitions they may make.
Just out of curiosity... do you feel like this is accurate? For those that have been here since 2022 or earlier, would you agree or can you see a change in the company?
It’s changed several rounds of layoffs over the years has hurt folks. My guess is we start seeing 10% of the low performers years let go.
Still a great place to work
Been here 3-5 yrs (not providing exact). Definitely sad to see this when I was so proud to be at a top 10 where everyone raved about Saleaforce culture, and that was still true. Lot different now and def not just because of layoffs bias in the nuts. Hope we will return to those days.
